QA Test Analyst

Are you ready to move into a senior tester role where you will contribute to building, mentoring and developing a small but growing team of QA Test Analysts in the areas of industry best practice methodologies, QA processes and tools, and also fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas to the overall solutions.
The ideal candidate will have an ongoing personal interest and deep passion for software testing as well as an excellent understanding of QA methodologies in progression, regression and automated testing.
The following attributes are seen as mandatory for this role:-
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in QA, ideally covering a variety of organisations and industry sectors;
- Extensive experience with demonstrated abilities to create test strategies, test estimates, test plans, test conditions as well as the development and execution of automation scripts;
- Strong sense of industry best practice QA methodologies, tool sets and standards;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels, both internally and externally;
- An ability to work in a dynamic environment as a self starter with efficient time management
